Stella C. Johnson

Stella Charlene Johnson, daughter of Margaret Johnson and the late Nathaniel Patterson. Stella departed this life, into immortality with the lord on September 29th 2024 in Miami, Miami-Dade County. She is survived by her daughter Latia Johnson of the home and her son Bennie Fitzgerald of Durham, NC. Brother Lawyer (Annie) Johnson of Arizona; One sister Gwendolyn Kornegay of Georgia. She received her education in Newburgh, NY. She attended Wayne Community College in Goldsboro, NC where she obtained her CNA 1, 2 and Med Tech Certification. She attended high school at Anointed Zone Christian School.

Stella was always making the family laugh, loved to travel with family, friends and especially her grandson Jo’nah whom she was helping raise and Elijah, Alex, Ander and Yashyah her only granddaughter and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Her favorite sports team was the North Carolina Tarheels (UNC). Stella was a loving, sweet and caring person with a heart of gold. She loved fellowshipping with her family and friends.
