Saquon Marquez Carlos Dunn, affectionately known as Quomie. Quomie, 33, of Durham, North Carolina passed away on February 13, 2024.

Quomie was born on July 6th 1990 to Paquita Jones (Antonio) and Sammy Dunn in Durham, North Carolina. Quomie received his education from the Durham Public School System. After receiving his GED in 2009. He went on to receive his certification HVAC & Carpentry in 2012 & 2015.

Always smiling, Quomie loved lifting others spirits with laughter and joy. He had a smile that would light up any room that walked in. Everyone looked forward to seeing him as he was always entertaining with his jokes and humorous words. Quomie also loved cooking and was good at it. He always had a zest for life and was always the life of the party. Most importantly, he loved spending quality time with his family, especially his children.

Quomie was predeceased by his grandmother Denise Page Morris, his sister Tierra Cobb and Uncle John Carlos Morris of Durham, North Carolina. He leaves to cherish his memories: his children, Jahtiana and Legacy Dunn, his grandmother Bertha Jones, his grandfather Lonnie Adams, his siblings Shaquita Page, Sakinah Jones, Sammy Roberts, Dewayne Oldham, Samyra and Kiana Dunn, Antonio and Daniel Jones, his special Great Aunt Marvenia Page, his aunts, Michelle and Kahlilah Tate, Kia Alston and Unique and Elegance Adams, his uncle Lonnie Tilley, his special friend Nicole Burrus and a host of cousins all of Durham, North Carolina.
