Michael Anthony "Woo-Woo" Gray

Mr. Michael Anthony Gray (AKA Woo-Woo) was born on March 26, 1960 in Durham, NC to the late Lee Van Gray Jr. and the late Alphalene Tucker McDaniel. Woo-Woo as he was known, entered into external rest on Friday, May 24, 2024. Woo-Woo attended Durham Public Schools. He worked the Lions Club for many years until they closed down, then he went to work at Durham Exchange Club where he later retired.

He was preceded in death by his parents Lee Gray Jr, and Alphalene T. McDaniel, his brother, Larry Tucker, three sisters, Brenda Gray, Phyllis Neil and Wanetta Gray.

Woo-Woo leaves to cherish and celebrate his memories, stepmother, Mary Gray of Durham, NC, three brothers, Dr. Lee Gray III (Lillie) of San Antonio, Texas, Gerald Gray of New Haven, Connecticut, Douglas Henry of Durham, North Carolina, seven sisters, Terry Gray, Barbara Clinton of Durham, North Carolina, Rainey Gray Green (Calvin) of San Antonio, Texas, Wendy Gray, Renita Henry, Jeanette Bass (Joe), of Durham, North Carolina, and Carol Sherman (Calvin) of New Haven Connecticut, 23 nieces and nephews, 57 great nieces and nephews, and 20 great great nieces and nephews.
