Answering a higher call she joined the His Kingdom Ministries Church Family, Durham North Carolina where the Honorable, His Grace Bishop Randall K, Thomas and Her Grace Apostle Dr. Janice F. Thomas are Pastors; she served for 16 years under their leadership; eight years as Pastor and six years as an Apostle in the Lord’s Church until her demise.

She would always express her love for her family, especially her girls and her grandchildren. She loved traveling and would travel back and forth to Washington DC to be with her mom and sisters.
